Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days ($9.99)
• Express shipping: 2-3 business days ($19.99)
• Free shipping on orders over $100

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location (typically 7-21 business days).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• P.O. boxes (express shipping only)
• APO/FPO addresses (contact customer service for options)
• Restricted international destinations

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and damaged product to help us process your claim quickly.
