30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your bySiemoon purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Quality Guarantee: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email support@bysiemoon.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
Pack Your Items
Place items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order confirmation or packing slip if available.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (for U.S. returns) or arrange your own shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Alternatively, contact our customer service team and we can arrange a direct exchange if the item is in stock.
Return Shipping Costs
Free Returns (U.S.)
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all U.S. returns. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover all return shipping costs. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalized items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Undergarments and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 2-3 business days for inspection and processing
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Additional time may be required depending on your bank or card issuer
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect item at no cost to you.
